Yes, but as the day comes to a close

You spend the afternoon getting coffee for elves and listening to them complain about their long hours on the factory floor. That night after work, you are waiting for the factory bus. You see Ruffus standing nearby with a tall (5’5”) disheveled elf. He has a scruffy peacoat that has two buttons ripped off. Underneath his waistcoat has several wine stains and a missing pocket. His trousers appear to be paint splattered. The scruffy elf takes one look at you and begins to whistle.
