The doctor enters the room with a robot, a woman shaped block of metal able to open her mouth:
"Hi Madam, I'm Eve, I'm here to assist my patient as best I can"
Everyone are shocked, it has a name, can speak, it behave like a human.
"Hi Eve, I'm Olivia, and she's my daughter: Emma, your patient"
"Hi Emma, I'm programmed to help you during your daily routine. You won't have to worry about anything"
Kinda creepy, I just hope it doesn't cause me any more problems
"Okay mom, can we go home now?"
"You are right, your brother is probably waiting for us at home, we better hurry"
Everybody gets in the parking, Emma try to open the door, but she fails repeatedly.
(Since when is opening the door so difficult?)
"Wait Patient. Your body Still suffer from the anesthesia, Let me assist you"
Eve open the car's door
"Wow! She is so smart, I think you are in good hands sweety"
"I'm still kinda worried..."
They reach home in half an hour.
"Michael, come here, your sister is back from the hospital!"
Michael takes his time, after a few minutes he reach the front door.
"Ehm.... Hi, but who is the guest?"
"She is Eve, she is a robot-babysitter for Emma's special needs"
"Mom, please, she's not my babysitter, and don't say it in that way, it looks weird"
"Hi Sir, you must be the man of the house. It will be a pleasure assist your sister with her special need"
"Oh, okay, hi Eve"
"Now that we have done the introductions, me and your sister have to go to buy some groceries, she's been away for some time now, we need to do some girls-talk. I'll leave you with Eve the manual says she has to get acclimatized with the house. Here this is the manual, learn how it works. In the mean time I'll be with Emma, so there will be no problems."
5 minutes later only Michael and Eve remain in the house
