Yep! She gets a nice addition to her Quirk!

"I think I know where Tooru is going with this," Izuku muttered. "Momo, do you think that you can make it so Setsuna can regrow her limbs while maintaining control over the ones she detached?"

"Master, that is child's play," Momo snorted. "Just make sure you include sexual context in it, same rules as always."

"...huh, okay, this is promising to be even neater than I thought it would be," Setsuna grinned as she thought it over. "For an upgrade like that, I think I could lend Yumi's multiple personalities a few limbs from time to time. See if you can squeeze something in that would help with the energy costs too."

"Um, okay," Izuku mused, thinking about it, wanting to word the wish carefully. While Momo could interpret things to make things a bit better for him, he wanted to make things as easy as possible for her, she mentioned her magic wouldn't let her interpret things too much. "Okay, Momo, I wish that Setsuna's Quirk would allow her to control as many limbs she detached as she can properly focus on. Even if she grew out more while detached ones are in play, so she can do things like pleasure multiple people with multiple hands, and that she could grow more with less energy loss. I also wish that Yumi could temporarily transfer her personalities into Setsuna's detached limbs, to take control of them, but for Setsuna to still be able to feel what said personalities are doing with said limbs."

"As you wish, Master!" Momo grinned as she snapped her fingers.

"Oh, try it, try it!" Ochaco chirped at Setsuna, who shrugged, and detached her right arm. Then she regrew it. The floating detached limb casually waved, while she used her newly grown one to give a peace sign.

"...oh hell yeah," Setsuna grinned. "I might need to train a bit to handle the mental demands of being able to control so much more, but this will be extremely handy... no pun intended. Thanks Tooru!"

"No problem, Mistress!" Tooru giggled. "I can't be the only one who benefits from potential Quirk upgrades~!"

"Technically, I did too," Ochaco noted. "My upgrade just wasn't as glamorous."
