This pay per view is in response to Tanya Mcvan making her America league public and available on late night tv. Seeing how high the ratings and how much she got from XTreme and X Rated. Tifa wanted a try at it. So decided to make the show public to but instead of having shows leading up the main event, Tifa decided to throw one big event.

On this pay per view all the belts are on the line as well as any match up that might make her audience want to watch the show. Tifa knows that certain elements of the Triad won't be happy about it as many old school members believe that sex wrestling should remain private. Tifa figures she can deal with them if need be as this per per view was going to make money as long as it goes without a hitch.
