Yeah let's go home

You and Kairi walk down to the dock and sit to watch the sunset. Riku's boat is still here so you know he hasn't left, but you and Kairi haven't seen him most of the day.

"You know," Kairi speaks up, "Riku has changed."

"What do you mean?" You ask

"Well..."

You think you know what she means, Riku's been acting pretty weird, you haven't seen him since you saw that guy in the cloak. You'd think he'd at least crack one joke at your expense by now.

Kairi looks like she's deep in thought.

"You okay?" You ask her.

"Sora, let’s take the raft and go—just the two of us!"

"Huh?"

"Hehe, Just kidding.

"What’s gotten into you? You’re the one that’s changed, Kairi."

"Maybe... You know, I was a little afraid at first, but now I’m ready.

No matter where I go or what I see, I know I can always come back here."

"Right?"

"Yeah, of course!"

"That’s good." She says, "Sora, don’t ever change."

"Huh?"

Just then Kairi stands up and looks over the ocean.

"I just can’t wait. Once we set sail, it’ll be great."

A few minutes pass and you both decide to head home. As you row off into the sunset, you think you catch a glimpse of a boy with brown spiky hair running to the other side of the Island. He looks a lot like.... No, it couldn't be you, there's only one you. It must just be Tidus.
