Driving into the town of Misty Peaks Xander shook off the boredom of the road and got very alert. His one eye swept the road as he tried to take everything in. He knew weird when he found weird. Weird had a feeling, a metaphysical texture, a hum in the air... it was hard to explain but whatever it was Xander could spot it the second he came across it. Years of living on the Hellmouth had left him very sensitive to the vibes of a place.

Misty Peaks had a vibe. It wasnt the evil vibe of a Hellmouth but it was a very, very weird vibe. A more... primal vibe, primitive almost, basic. As if food, water, shelter and fucking was all that mattered.

Xander could feel the old animal possession rise up slightly. Instincts he usually ignored and repressed came alive. Senses also picked that moment to sharpen, the early morning light seemed brighter andnthe air tasted... sexual?

Xander quirked his head at that. The air was clean and crisp mountain air and didnt have much in the way on industrial pollution.... but there was the funk of sex in the air.

He really hoped that the reason for the vibe wasnt anything bad. He didnt want to have to try and solo some big bad. He was technically on vacation right now. He was just making a detour and trying to do Riley a favor and look for a former Initiative mad scientist that seemed to have been living under the radar in this small weirdo mountain town. All he had to do was pop in, look around and see if he could find this missing Intiative scientist Valerie Stenson.

But when had his luck ever been that good?

Xander's one eye scanned the road looking for weird things. He was pretty sure that something weird was almost guaranteed to happen now. Stopping at a stop sign he found his eye locked on the form of an early morning jogger waiting to cross. Jogging in place the very pretty latina was clad in skin tight pink work out clothes showcasing her amazing curves. Xander stared at the massive tits that would make Hitomi Tanaka jealous bounce up and down. Tired of waiting for Xander to drive thru the intersection the hot latina crossed the street. Xander stared as she passed and watched an equally massive bubble butt go bouncing down the road.

This town wasnt even trying to hide that it was weird. It was just a different type of weird then he was used to. Heres hoping it didnt turn into the type of weird he was used to.
