"I-I-" Rikku couldn't believe this was happening. It couldn't be, right?

"It's just that, even though I'm not working, this is a perfect opportunity to learn more about yourself and the Gullwings in a more intimate light," Shelinda leaned forward, her face just inches from Rikku's. The blonde wouldn't have been surprised if the reporter could feel the heat in her cheeks. "It really would help inform my reporting in the future."

"I-- Okay," Rikku answered, it was like an autopilot had suddenly engaged. She stood up, with Shelinda allowing her room, before leading the reporter over to the entrance ramp of the red airship Rikku and the other Gullwings called home. Now entering a panic, Rikku tried to think of a way to contradict the note entry. If she could outright defy it, then this was something they could all laugh about later, "O-okay, how about we start at the cockpit, huh? Ya know, where all the action is--"

"Actually," Shelinda cut her off, the brunette was clearly blushing herself, but she seemed more at ease than Rikku was feeling, "I was hoping we could start with where you rest. Is it together, or separate? Do you share every part of the ship, or are there private sanctums you each have? These are important details for my audience."

"Oh, but that's like--" Rikku was going to try and object, saying it would invade Paine and Yuna's privacy potentially. "That sounds perfect," Shelinda spoke hotly, suddenly standing right behind Rikku and speaking over her shoulder. The brunette's breath tickled at her ear as Rikku summoned the lift without even thinking.

The bnehlacc couldn't think much at all as she led her friend, possibly soon-to-be lover, through the ship. Her mind had been running a mile a minute trying to think of some other way to undo what she had apparently set in motion, but a growing part of her was beginning to embrace what was happening.

"Oh, no, thank you," Shelinda shot down Rikku's diversion with precision. Just the look in her hazel brown eyes made Rikku's knees quiver. The pure hearted and virtuous former acolyte of Yevon wanted to fuck Rikku's Al Bhed brains out until the spirals in her own green eyes span with ecstasy. "Yup, so this bunk's mine," Rikku waved at the final bed dismissively.
