Work!

I would be lying if I said after that I was completely concentrated on work. However I had some interesting things on my own and I told her about the living world politics, different forms of spy agencies and other such things. It was really interesting seeing how she reacted to news from the living world as someone who was born in the afterlife, a concept I to this day can’t exactly wrap my head around.

I was halfway through my workload when Soifon looked at the clock and said, “I will look after the training now, you continue your work.”

“Yes, Soifon.” I said and she was gone. How great must it be to so proficient at Shunpo that you simply used it to get around a building.

Now that she was gone I completely concentrated on my work and mere four hours later I was done. For the first time I was alone in this room and without any work to do. I took the time to actually look at the office for the first time.

Not that there was much too look at, It was a huge, almost empty room with the same wooden floor and ceiling you found all over Seireitei. The only things I saw in this room where the two desks, a huge pendulum clock and a couple of vases, one of which was a replacement for the one I had smashed a few weeks ago.

I stood up and walked around the room for a little bit. It seemed I had free time until Soifon returned, which should be in about an hour by her usual schedule.
