Women don't pee?

In this reality, women have no mental concept of "I need to pee;" their bladders fill like normal and they do still urinate, but women are incontinent and are always surprised and caught off guard when the liquid suddenly spills out of them. They don't know why it happens, they just know that it does, but they've never been able to predict it.
