Woken by a knock

You wake out of a dreamless sleep, for a moment unsure where you are. You breathe a short sigh as you recognise the cottage living room, then jolt in surprise at an insistent knock on the door.

"Just a minute," you call, getting up and straightening your clothes before opening the door.

"Bonjour M'sieur Sharp," Gabrielle trills prettily. "I have brought you a present to warm your house. That is correct, is it not? To warm your house?"

"A house warming present," you correct her with a smile, taking the gift wrapped box from her. She's wearing shorts that cling to her like a second skin and a loose off the shoulder blouse that shows no sign of a bra strap.

"Hélas, I have not mastered the idioms," she sighs, looking adorable, her pageboy cut framing her perfectly made up face. "Je suis désolé. I must improve. It is why I am here, to learn to speak like an American." She shrugs, and from the movement beneath her blouse, your guess that she is braless seems confirmed.

"You're very fluent already, Gabrielle. And if you spoke too much like an American you might lose that delightful accent. And that would be very sad," you smile, turning all your charm on this pretty French girl.

"Alors! M'sieur is teasing poor Gabrielle! That is very wicked!" she laughs throatily. "Très méchant. I must escape before you tease this innocent girl again." She gives you a grin of farewell as she turns and bounds down the path, her rump looking thoroughly tasty. At the last moment she turns and blows you a kiss, winking at you before she disappears.

Shaking your head in amusement, you untie the ribbon securing the box and open it. Looking inside you start to laugh.

For there, inside the box, are two cupcakes, carefully iced to look like the pretty breasts of a young girl, the dark nipples stiff and pebbled. On the inside of the box lid the message 'Bienvenue. Enjoy! Gabrielle DuPlessis' is written in cursive script.
