"We've got some trouble," Jaune replied bluntly from his seat. Everyone was fully dressed, which highlighted the seriousness of the matter.

"Well, out with it!" Nora stated, in on the harem by this point, and okay with it thanks to the Note, though her "dials" were still very much in play.

Jaune sighed and proceeded to explain the day's events in their entirety. When he was done, everyone else was of course looking very worried.

"Well, this is a fine mess Ria's gotten us into," Yang huffed.

"Yang, I don't think this is Ria's fault," Jaune replied.

"Oh no? Then why won't she tell you what's going on?" Nora asked.

"That's the thing, I don't think she even can, she seemed pretty pissed about it herself," Jaune answered.

"Regardless of who is to blame, that doesn't change the situation," Glynda mused.

"She's right," Pyrrha nodded. "We've got Cinder, immune to the effects of the Note, and her team, who are partially immune... Why? What sort of role do they play in this puzzle?" Pyrrha asked.

"I don't know... But we need to find out," Jaune decided. "So I'm gonna have to break Emerald..."
