Why not at this point

"Of course" you say cheerfully. It's not like anything else could go wrong today. Right?

You open the door again and you best step through. She shuts the door and gestures you both sit in some office chairs.

"So if I'm being honest. I'm a bit disappointed with you hanging us out to dry today." She starts. You try to interject a defense "Well you see..." But she holds up her hand to silence you.

"but truth be told I do understand why. We tired you out last night. Maybe you just needed some you time. Besides, I know Jackie was already in here to correct your behavior."

You blush but you don't say anything to defend yourself. It's clear the two don't keep secrets. She continues and blushes "I'll get to the real point here. I want to pet you know that I've had a crush on you for a long time. You were always so cute and innocent. I thought it was adorable." You're not sure you like that phrasing but you let her go on.

"At home my parents wouldn't let us date. It was always about hockey with them. We snuck out sure, fooled around. Who didn't go to a few parties after all."

You hadn't. At least not frequently but now's probably not the time to say so.

"But we never really got to date anyone. But here we are now. My biggest high school crush, assigned to the same team as me no less. It's an opportunity I can't pass up."

She gets up from her chair and climbs into yours, straddling you so your face is almost directly in her chest. She's dressed conservatively today, but there's only so much one can do to hide her rocking body.

"So what do you say...will you date me?"
