Why are you naked?

"Well, I'm dying to hear it!" Beth said with a grin.

"Could you... not look at me?" April pleaded, feeling exposed and absurd.

"What else am I supposed to look at?" Beth asked, gesturing around the room. "Besides, you're the one who decided not to wear clothes!"

"I can't!" April exclaimed, red faced.

"You... can't?" Beth asked, totally confused.

"I found a magic book and I read from it and now I can't wear clothes okay!" April yelled, exacerbated.

Beth looked at her perplexed for a long moment. Then she burst out laughing.

"April, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard!" Beth chuckled.

"I'll prove it!" April said, growing angry. "Give me something to wear. Anything."

Still laughing, Beth slipped off her shoe and pulled off a sock. She passed it to April who pulled it over her bare foot. Both girl's watched as the sock vanished in an instant!

"W... what?" Beth said, mouth agape.

"Told you." April sighed.
