Parvati and Padma were taking a walk on Hogwart grounds when they saw weird shiny object smash into Harry's head. Quickly they run towards Hermione and asked what happened. More calm headed Padma said:

Hermione, go get madam pomphrey we will wait here and take care of him till then. - and brunette ran off.

Few moments later when they saw madam pomphrey running towards them, smoke arose from lamp and tried to suck in Parvati, Padma wishing to help her sister held her by hands. It's only efect were that instead of one victim there were two.
