White Jade Plant

Zuko rummages through the woods, trying to find anything to eat. They have no allies, no money, and on the run. The Prince comes out of the bush, getting the leaves off him. This was just impossible, they can't live like this. How are they going to survive.

Zuko turns to his Uncle, who was squatting down and looking at a plant that stood out. Iroh tells Zuko that he has found the White Dragon bush which can make a tea so delicious it's heartbreaking, or the White Jade bush which is poisonous. Zuko responds that they don't need tea, they need food. Uncle not going to help, Zuko walks off to hunt for some food.

Coming back to his Uncle, Zuko holds a long wooden stick that he used to get some fish. Sadly, he only gotten a very tiny one. Uncle tells Zuko that he tried the plant he found, Zuko worried what happened. Iroh turns to Zuko, rashes all over him, even swollen. Zuko drops his stick, shocked at his appearance. Uncle calmed Zuko, telling him he has found Bacui Berries that can cure him, or they were Maka'ole Berries which cause blindness.

Zuko grabs the berries and tosses them away, no longer taking any chances with these plants. They need help. The two talked on what they were going to do. If the Earth Kingdom discover them, they be executed, but if they are captured by the Fire Nation, they will be turned over to Azula. With just a nod, the two decide to travel the Earth Kingdom.
