Samantha dejectedly walked out of the police station and cast an apprehensive glance at the afternoon sun. What could she do? She was alone and penniless in a third-world african country, with no one to call and no where to stay.

Samantha's heart leapt when she looked across the street and saw a camera crew, a few black guys with camera and sound equipment with a strikingly beautiful fashionably-dressed white woman. They looked to be from some international news organization! Samantha thought they would be able to help her with this terrible injustice and get Phillip released from jail! Or at least, they should be able to help her with some food and shelter.

"Help! Please help me!" she cried as she ran across the street toward the woman and the half a dozen black guys around her.
