While Batgirl Sleeps...

"Increasing my power is always a good way to arouse me. So how will you do that?" said the brunette with a smile.

"When Robin and I fought the Black Widow she used some kind of electrical device, A Cerebrum Short-circuitor, to netrualize the part of the mind which makes judgement calls. Which allowed her to get people to do what she wanted. I used my Brainwave Bat-Analyzer to detect it, and later to promote a more law-abiding personality to the Widow herself.

I figure that your voice uses sonic waves to do a similar affect while also affecting other parts of the brain, like the part which contains emotions to induce love and sexual attraction. Since the minds of men and women are mostly the same, there must be some element in what makes them different. Find that element and we might find the right note or method for influncing women."

"So this is a scan of both Nightwing and Melody's brains as I sing my little note?" asked the silver clad villainess.

"Yes. As it seems, my hunch is right. When the sound is converted into electrical pulse, it affects the brain like I predicted in the male mind. However, the female mind is only barely effective. In essence, they are only slightly affected and break out of control easier. The Batcomputer has measured the results, compared the bio-chemical make up of the mind, and calculated the correct note to affect women. Two Octaves above High B." came the reply of Batman.

"Hmmm... slightly easier then High C. Still might need practice."

"I have also looked into the problem with earplugs. Ironically, thanks to one of Catwoman's plot, I have created this." said the former hero, as he handed the Siren as gun-like weapon which was down to blend in with her ancient Greek style.

"A Electro-sonic Pistol. Able to send sonic waves at your mind altering notes, able to vibrate through the skull to the inner ear pass any plug. Or to send an invisible eletrical blast which does the same thing is that is not possible. I have also plans to adapted it so it can be used through any broadcastabl means. Phones, radio, television. All can be used to control the masses.."
