What is the point of a Level One Security Clearance?

What is the point of a Level One Security Clearances

Your Level One Security Pass will grant you access to all public information deemed Feminine Priora by the Supreme Femdom Council, and the New Elizabeth Administration.

In New Elizabeth we believe any Female Citizen in good standing has the right to access a Level One Security Clearances.

You may ask why this information needs to be held in restriction if it's so easy to get one?

Or why it even needs to be restricted, as it is not illegal for Male Citizens within our Region of New Elizabeth to have knowledge on the subjects found under a Level One Pass?

Well Ladies you are forgetting, we are a Sisterhood! Just because something is innocent here, it doesn't mean it could not cause trouble in one of our Sister Regions. As such it is important we conduct our do diligence in keeping our male populations as a whole, free from distraction.

Besides! Such higher topics would only be a bore to our Poor Boys.
