What's the Penalty for Not Following the Law?

A fine mostly, and a pretty minor one at that as the police have way more important laws they need to enforce.

The only instances where something related to the Dibs does result in an arrest or criminal conviction is if like say a fight happens. Something that rarely happens since all parties involved are respectful towards one another and non-black residents for the most part don't have a problem with their cuck status. Not cause they enjoy it (though there some weirdos and pervs who definitely do) but simply cause really it could be worse.

Are there blacks and non-blacks who do have a problem with the law and cuck status in general? Well yeah, obviously. But even they have an "it is what it is" type attitude cause they know it's a minor issue that's not worth ruining their life over (and really there's nothing in the law that states you HAVE to stand there and watch) and also cause New Atlanta's various perks (great pay, affordable housing, good schools, a low tolerance on woke shit, etc.) makes the cuckoldry worth it/tolerable.

Remember, this isn't a recent law but one that's been on the books since at least 1867. The people here are pretty hip to the groove by now.
