What's in a Name?

James was super excited to arrive at the coffee shop Gemma had summoned him to. She had been very clear this wasn't a date, he had been ordered to buy her a coffee. He had worked pretty much until he had been thrown out of the office so it could close then sprinted to the venue where Gemma was waiting for him.

"One minute past seven" Gemma looked at her phone disapprovingly "You are a minute late, you useless turd!"

James felt strangely aroused at being chastised in public by Gemma like this.

"I'm sorry Gemma, I just wanted to make sure the assignment I was working on like you asked.."

"Are you trying to blame your tardiness on me, you little creep?" Gemma snarled.

James loved it when she talked down to him like this, but didn't dare argue.

"No, I'm sorry!"

"I should think so too. Now, go and grab two Cafe Lattes"

James did as he was told and returned minutes later with two cups of coffee. He placed one in front of Gemma before returning to his seat,

"What do you think you are doing, worm? These are both mine!"

James looked mortified at his faux pas as he apologetically pushed the coffee he had assumed was his towards Gemma.

"Now, I have been thinking, and there are one or two aspects of our relationship that I think are somewhat inappropriate."

James tried not to panic at this statement. He just hoped that this didn't mean he would be spending less time with her. He couldn't bear the thought.

"I don't like you calling me Gemma. It is too familiar, and makes me think you see us as equals. From now on, I would like you to refer to me as Mistress. But not at work, there you will call me Goddess."

"Yes Mistress"

Gemma felt quite aroused by her new name. She loved it when James called her that when he was hypnotised and saw no reason she should deny herself that pleasure the rest of the time. It sounded a little kinky for work, but Goddess seemed like something people would just find funny and, of course, it made James look pathetic.

"On the same subject, I am no longer going to be calling you James. I don't think you deserve it. From now on, I am renaming you Toad, both here and at work. Maybe it will catch on."

"Yes Mistress!"

Now it was James who felt hot. That was such an insulting, dismissive and demeaning name for him. He would hate anyone else using it, but when Gemma said it it made him hard for reasons he couldn't explain.

"I'm glad we understand each other, Toad" Gemma sipped her coffee, lowering her head and deliberately teasing James with a long, lingering view of her ample cleavage "I also think you should speak to me as little as possible at work. Outside of work, you will not speak unless I ask you a direct question. You may raise your hand if you want permission to speak otherwise, and I may or not grant you permission. Understood?"

James nodded.

"Good, because I have plans for you that mean you and I will be spending more time together and I think it is important to establish some ground rules."

James raised his hand excitedly.

"Permission denied, Toad" Gemma responded dismissively as she took another sip of her drink.
