Walking west you approach a large construction site, the sound of clanging metal and heavy machinery fills the air.

You also see stairs leading down to a dimly lit underpass with walls of white ceramic tiles and concrete floors.

To pass you could either walk right along the fence or you could go down through the underpass to cross the street.
