Well... He needs a bath too

"You know. I've had a pretty long day. Lots of work put in, ya know. I could use a bath myself" Natsu said with a lewd smile.

Lucy looked at him, deadpan

"And that would be YOUR problem then. You want a bath. Take one. But not while I'm in here" she huffed.

Natsu paused

"Happy. Mind giving us a sec?"

Happy simply nodded and walked off, making his way out of the bathroom.

"Now come on Lucy. You already have a nice, hot bath ready to go. Why not spread the wealth?" He asked.

"I'll tell you what. I'll leave the water so you can use it after" she replied, splashing him. It was sassy but also... Playful.

"Lucy..." He pressured.

She puffed her cheeks. It was cute, and he could tell she wasn't taking his presence THAT seriously.

"I can't exactly make you leave, but I'm gonna be in here a while. It's gonna be a pretty long wait. Don't you wanna like... Go watch TV or something instead?"

He smirked, putting the lid of the toilet down and taking a seat. Lucy sighed.

"Well, whatever. Just don't bug me"

If he kept pushing he could probably get in with her... She was being interestingly playful about all of this... Or he could always use a trigger to get the same effect.
