Well, gotta see what happens around the neighborhood…

After a moment of thought it might be best to take a moment to go around the neighborhood and see what has changed, stayed the same, and if it is safe. As you throw on a bag and grab a few weapons to protect yourself you head out. Your neighborhood was not always as safe as it was today, but through time and effort it has turned into a somewhat decent place to live. But there is still hints of trouble that happens but as soon as you turned up in your neighborhood there was almost no one on the streets.

Some of the houses seemed to have been boarded up and reinforced to near stupid levels. Others seem to have been looted and decimated in the amount of people going through it. Also there is a lot of traffic a block away from your house and the people tend to come and go from at almost constant stream. You were never a fan of that house in the first place, but now, it just seems to be a **** trap. The stream of people going in and out looked so different, but at a distance you can not tell what.

After a moment of thought you decide that discretion is the better part of valor, and, saving one’s life. Who knows what in seven hells is going on there or anywhere else in the town at the moment. As you reenter your house you flick on the TV, but you make sure to keep the volume as low as possible. You also draw the curtains to hopefully hide the fact that there is no one home, and hasn’t been in a while.
