Leah knew that she needed to focus on selfcare and mental health. She decided to relax when she wasn't busy grading papers, prepping lesson plans, or washing clothes. The couch was her friend and with Fall in the air it was even better for couch naps. Jonathan was content to play on his computer while Leah lounged on the couch refreshing her mind and spirit.
