Wedgehurst?

After a lifetime of dingy alleyways, neon lights, and the smell and taste of smoke, Violet was ready for some much cleaner living. She had been planning on moving to Wedgehurst for a few months now, she knew the place she would be living was just a small apartment in the village but she was happy nonetheless, the orphanage was even paying her first three months of rent. This didn't mean she would just lay about however, she wanted to do things right, live comfortably, and maybe even get her very own pokemon, as a pet, of course, she'd always been a big fan of Herdier, a little fluffy dog pokemon that was loyal and protective of its master, sometimes to its own detriment. As such, she had already put in an application for one of the stores in the town that sold berries, apricorns, and the likes after a video phone interview she had already been accepted for the job and was excited for her first day. The owners were a middle-aged couple, Gareth and Tina, and their two children, a brother and sister who she had yet to meet but they were twins from what she'd been told around her own age.

It would be an emotional morning when she left the orphanage, as it was every time, all the staff and children had gathered to wave her off, some with big smiles, others with tears in their eyes and Violet was struggling to **** them back herself. She promised that she would always stay in contact with them and come visit once she was settled in, perhaps one day she might even adopt one or two of the kids, though that was a decision for a more mature her to think on. She waved off the crowd of people with a confident smile, climbing into the Corvanight taxi that quickly took off into the air, offering her a birdseye view of the town below. She would enjoy the sights of the Galar region as the pokemon swiftly and silently glided her toward her destination, the land becoming greener the farther she traveled, just what she wanted to see.

Though the distance was large, it took only thirty minutes of flight before the large, black taxi cab descended down to its destination, its rider hoping down to help retrieve Violet's luggage, after which he gave the girl directions to the building she would be living. It was, fortunately, a short walk from the taxi point but just long enough to give her time to take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the village, it was all so rural and serene compared to Spikemuth and that suited her just fine.

The building she was looking for was just in front of her, a large half oak, half red brick building with a dozen or so windows which were each adorned by a blooming flowerbox, it was pretty, to say the least. She rushed up the cobble path and entered the building with haste, looking for the old man she was instructed to seek out upon her arrival.
