“You wedding of course” Tywin said as if it were obvious. “It’s long past time you were wed the incident with Ned stark shouldn’t have delayed things this much with sansa.”

Joffrey still felt bad about sending Ned to the wall but he doubted that Ned would let a bastard of **** live. Sansa always hurt at first but eventually understood and had told Joffrey that she had forgiven him.

“The stark girl is tainted now because of her father she shouldn’t be allowed near my joff.” Cersei said with a tone that left little room for much discussion.

“It would greatly reduce tensions with the north your grace.” Varys said trying to coax his mother into changing his mind.

“Who cares what the northerners think?” Cerise said with anger

“We do my dear sister.” Uncle Tyrion responded in a matter of fact way earning him a scowl from Cersei.

“Actually I was thinking of someone else.” Tywin said disregarding the twos arguing. While some would find this insensitive Joffrey wondered just how often his mother and uncle argued with each other as youths and if that was why Tywin was so dispassionate about their quarrels.

“The tyrels have offered up their daughter marjory and have given us large portion of food supplies to help feed the people.” Tywin explained still rather dispassionate.

“Not to mention they’ve offered to pay for the entire wedding out of their own pockets no less.” Little finger said with a calm smile looking towards Tyrion and Cersei.

“I’ve heard rumors of that marjory girl being a seductive vixen I’m not sure she would be the best choice nor do I trust her allegiance to this house.” Cerise said more calmly than she had dismissed sansa which for cerise was basically saying _“well I guess she’s better than that whore sansa.” _Which Joffrey wondered if that meant she might at least like marjory or at the very least warm up to her over time.

“What of the north?” Tyrion asked.

“The north has always had a shaky alliance with the south particularly with us Lannister’s I would much rather get allies who can assist us besides they’ve asked for marjory and Joffrey to meet so they can get to know each other in the throne room so we can all see how the two get along.”

“Why wasn’t I told about this.” Joffrey asked shocked what would sansa think about Joffrey after sending her father away and now breaking their engagement off.

“I just did your majesty.” Tywin said his mouth making one of those rare small smiles that his uncle Tyrion had told him about or perhaps jogger was just in shock.
