You doubt that your father will support it when his children walk around with guns. It is dangerous and offers the not corrupt part of the police a reason to put pressure on him. As much as you know not even your brother William has a gun. But you are absolutely sure, sooner or later you will get in a situation when a weapon could be useful. So, you head over to Duncan’s Armory, a shop for guns and self-defense material. The shop owner, you are not sure if it is Mr. Duncan himself or just an employee, is an overweight guy with thin, gray hair but a very friendly smile.

“Good day,” the shop owner greets friendly, “welcome to Duncan’s Armory. Excuse me please, young lady, but I have to check your ID-card. Only people over 18 are allowed to buy weapons here. Lethal weapons only for people over 21 and with registration.”

You nod understanding and show the guy your ID-card. It is a little disappointing, that you can’t buy real guns, but maybe it’s better this way. At least you know this is an honest arms dealer. The shop owner nods friendly and shows you a few of his non-deadly products. There is a can of pepper spray for 50 dollars, a flashlight in military quality for 20 dollars, a sharp folding knife for 35 dollars and a rechargeable stun gun for 300 dollars.

Other things, military gadgets clothing and such, are not interesting for you right now. However, the stun gun is too expensive at the moment. You can buy everything to a later point in the story too.
