Wealthy Francis has options

Francis laid low for a few days. He enjoyed watching the news reports on the chaos at the casino. There was a rash of firings and resignations. As he scanned the local paper at the coffee shop near his place. A few things in the "Society" page caught his eye. In the next week, there was to be a local beauty pageant, a cotillion dance for the high society 19 year old girls, a holiday parade, and a concert. He smiled to himself as he thought of all the micheif he could create. But which one to choose?
