Chapter 53

What’s that strategy, you ask?
We’ll see, maybe it’ll come up, maybe it won’t.
I got my bag of tools together, as well as my entourage of Mindslavers, and prepared to start the ****.
First off, I called up the Goblin/Amazoness **** that I got from saving Chaldea. They’d chill out in Taylor’s Pocket Dimension until we needed them later.
Second, write up a Normality Note sheet for everyone that says “The owner of this specific paper normally can propose any method of resolving conflict aside from basic fighting, and their enemies will accept the proposal unconditionally.”
Third, stop time and include everyone into the timestop. Double check whether the army held in Taylor’s Dimension is also included by the modded third button. Turns out they are, so we’re ready to rock.
With bated breath, I opened a portal to a universe where a Planeswalking Mindslaver just took control of their second subordinate. I ordered “Taylor, bring out a Goblin. She’s gonna go through first and check if it’s safe for us, poke her head in and take a look around. That sort of thing.”
She nodded, whispering over her shoulder as out from behind her appeared one of my **** Goblin Girls. “I’lls checks it outs, yes I wills!” the green creature cackled, clearly still adapting to the higher brain function I gave her race with the Holy Grail wish.
“Wait! What if they have a Normality set up so she doesn’t recognize dangerous stuff and walks us into a trap?” Taylor asked, which was a good point. I wrote another Normality Note paper like before, but added “The owner of the specific paper also can normally notice anything that’s been altered by a Normality Item like this one.” to the back. I also wrote it on everyone’s earlier papers too, since it was a good idea that Taylor brought up.
Once the little gremlin of a girl poked her head into the portal, she pulled it back with an unchanged expression, saying “It’s all rights! The stuffs ins the rooms isn’ts dangerous!” before giving the paper back and returning to Taylor’s Pocket Dimension.
Well, fair enough. At my command, we all stepped through the murky green portal into a… pretty nice living room. Hm. It had a couch and chairs, with a flatscreen TV hanging up on the wall opposite them. The carpets looked expensive, which made me apprehensive about stepping into the space with my outside shoes on. Eh, it’s probably fine though.
We weren’t alone, though. Three other women were already in the room. One who was a mature woman sitting in one of the nicer chairs, a slightly younger one standing behind the first woman’s chair with a smirk on her face, and a more younger one with a smirk of her own. “Wait a sec…” I muttered.
“Did she… have the same idea as us?” Carla mused as she pointed at the youngest woman, and I had to nod in agreement. There really seemed to be a small chain of enslavings that capped off with us, who would end up taking everything right under the one female Mindslaver’s nose.
To not waste any more time, albeit from within a stopped time that seemingly didn’t waste any time at all, I reached into all three of their minds. Also I double-checked that I was indeed enslaving three Mindslavers, and not just grabbing three unrelated decoys. It’s possible for their memories to have been altered by the boon of some other mastermind waiting in the shadows, but with Jane’s help I was able to dig deep, figure out whether their brains had been altered into Mindslaver grey matter by that ritual Goltheum mentioned.
And boy, did they not disappoint. Each one was a unique Mindslaver build, the kind that would really round out our group’s strengths and weaknesses altogether. I could almost not believe my own luck, if not for the Serendipity I got with my Head Start.
What builds were they?

Mindslaver
What path will you create?
What if one day as you were on your computer doing nothing productive, reading erotic stories or what have you, until out of nowhere, an Eldritch God appears before you, offering you the deal of a lifetime: Become a Mindslaver for the low low price of nothing! Of course, you have to choose how you take over minds, what type of slaves you want your slaves to be, what boons you want that can be used on your slaves (and maybe yourself), what extra powers besides mind control you want, etc, etc. Overall, a good deal in my book, but either way, what would you choose, and after you've chosen your build, what would you do? Conquer? Enslave? Laze around? It's your choice, Mindslaver.
