We're going on an adventure!

AN HOUR LATER - SUNDOWN:

The Sun sets on Reduna'z Gaze, the shadowed sky shrouding the settlement in darkness.

Meanwhile, in the Kreaky Kauldron, John, Kyuala and Amilia are gearing up for the adventure with Lani watching on from her seat, examining the much larger beings with intrigue as they help one another with their armour.

Eventually they're all suited up and ready to leave as they do some last minute checks.

"Okay, remember, it's gonna take a few days on foot so we'll need to stay together alright?" Kyuala says with a leadership-like tone in her voice while the others simply agree with her by nodding.

Kyuala then smiles and excitedly says, "Good, alright, let's get going!".

The four then make their way out of the room, Kyuala makes sure to lock said door before heading downstairs.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The four head toward the door, passing by the customers as Kyuala shouts, "Magnolia! You're in charge until I get back! Oh, and don't let Radvar think he's in charge! I wish to come back to at the very least, half destroyed bar!".

The customers let out a laugh as the party make their way to the door and head out into the streets.

OUTSIDE:

The four take a moment, checking their surroundings to make sure there isn't anyone following them, eventually they give the all clear and that's when Kyuala says, "Alright, follow Amilia and I, we know this place like the back of our hands, plus, Amilia's vision is heighted in the darkness so any threats come our way, she'll know real quick".

"Yeah, its a real useful thing when you're getting busy in a dark alley, well, when you're not eye level with a half-breeds pubes" Amilia remarks with her signature blunt yet sly tone as she and Kyuala begin to lead the way.

TWENTY MINUTES LATER:

The quartet reach the end of Reduna'z Gaze, a dirt path now appears before them, but Kyuala abruptly stops, she then turns toward Lani and John with a worried look in her eye.

"Hey, listen, if you two are, scared, or, y'know, regretting this, you can go now, Ami and I won't judge you, no harsh feelings". The orc says, now looking down to the ground to avoid their gazes, however it's Lani who speaks up first by saying, "Kyuala, we make a promise, we want to help Amilia, we won't just back own now, right John?".

"Exactly!" John says before continuing,"I may not be the best choice for something like this, hell I haven't even been in a sword fight, but if I can help a friend in need, i'm damn sure going to do it, even if you don't want me too, that's just who I am, so, i'm sorry, but you're stuck with me".

Kyuala lifts her head up, practically beaming with joy and pride before saying, "I'm so glad you said that!".

Amilia instead just makes a disgusted face while pretending to put her finger down her throat before saying, "Bleh, feelings".

As Amilia puts her finger away, John swears he can see a small smile appear at the corner of her mouth, but his stare interrupted as Kyuala says, "Okay, no more breaks, time to get going!".

The four then step onto the dirt path and begin to embark on their adventure.
