Water Nation

The water Nation the only nation that is divided into two separate tribes on each side of the world North and South poles although there are water benders that occasionally appear throughout the world (hama in the Fire Nation or the swamp People of the earth Nation) but if you want to find a water bender either head north or south other nations it is probably the most isolationist as long as you do not cause trouble for them they usually don't cause trouble for you( just setting stuff don't know if it's true it's just my take on them). The water nation is primary tribal mean a Chieftain is the leader there are Elders that also help with leadership roles but the main difference between the North and South water tribes is that the north only allows women to practice healing water bending there are far more female water benders in the South than there are the North

( it's been a little while since I've watched Avatar but from what I remember I believe that this Southern water tribe was far more open to anyone water bending cuz it showed in hama's backstory that there were men and women fighting together against the Fire Nation raids. I understand that Hama was taken to the Fire Nation but it's something to consider that any kind of Bender could be hiding out in the Fire Nation )
