Walk into your accountant's office

Your accountant shakes your hand and you both sit down. After some formalities, he puts different folders in front of you.

Peter: In front of you I have some investment opportunities. You can afford them all actually and still have $1 million left.

You: That's fantastic! What are they?

Peter: Well:

• One is a high end restaurant. I can guarantee a minimum 10k return every month with no maximum cap

• Another is a couple boutiques. With those I can't guarantee any minimum return but the profits could be huge.

• Of course, a big chunk of the money will go towards property. Various apartment complexes and locations scattered around LA and the surrounding neighborhoods.

• The rest will just go into stocks, of course I already showed you the dividends you could earn last time we spoke.
