Walk downtown

You decide to talk a walk downtown. You can do whatever you please. You see a ticket maid giving tickets to a few vehicles. Unfortunately for her you snap your fingers and her uniform skirt rips off and disappears. She’s left standing on the sidewalk with her beige bikini panties exposed.
