Waking up to a surprise

You rub the side of your head against Caprice next to you, enjoying the warmth of her body. Even with your eyes closed, you can feel the sun on your face and you know it's the next morning. You're content to keep laying in bed with Caprice, especially since you had fucked her a couple more times last night, even managing to slip in a little anal with the experienced pornstar. As you tilt your face towards Caprice, you realize her chest is a little flatter than you remember. In Caprice's place on the bed is her husband Marcello, who's sitting up with his phone in his hand. Marcello looks up from his phone and greets you good morning with a polite smile. You have to admit that he's a pretty chill guy and you're lucky he has no issue with you sleeping with his wife.

"You're back... from your meeting..." you say, still sleepy.

"Yeah, yeah. Back last night. You sleep," Marcello responds, miming the act of sleeping with his hands making a pillow.

"So... you slept here too? Where's Caprice? Is she in the bathroom?" you ask.

"No, no. You sleep. Caprice sleep. I sleep there," Marcello points at the ajar door adjoining the original room you had occupied with Layla. He must have slept in your bed instead of squeezing in with you and Caprice, giving you a small ounce of comfort, although it doesn't quite explain why he's sitting in bed with you naked.

"Um... I should go..." you say, getting out of bed and feeling awkward. You don't have anywhere to be, but you feel it's best not to be naked alone with another guy in a hotel room. Marcello doesn't say anything as he gives you the thumbs up sign and looks back down at his phone. It looks like he's writing an email.

As you walk to the door between the 2 hotel rooms, you pause near the bathroom door, wondering if you should say goodbye to Caprice and thank her for the wonderful night. In the end, you decide to give her some space, knowing you wouldn't want someone walking in on you in the bathroom, and proceed to the other room where your clothes are.

However, as you place your hand on the door to push it open, you hear noises coming from the other room.
