Waking Up

The alarm blared in Spencer's ear, causing him to groan as he blinks his eyes.

"Rough night?" Evelyn said.

Spencer shook his head. "Early morning."

"It's not that bad." Evelyn slapped her alarm clock.

"Not when I'm waking up to you."

The two kissed as Spencer wrapped her arms around her. Evelyn considered protesting, wanting to get ready for work, but she decided she wanted to spend some time embraced in Spencer's arms, looking at the beaming smile on his face. Eventually, she realised she needed to get moving, so she said "I've better get moving Spence. Not all of us are retired."

"Of course."

"You're welcome to stay for breakfast."

"Sure."

"I'll just take a shower."

Spencer took the time to get dressed and then headed to the kitchen, where he made himself a coffee. When Evelyn entered the room, she said "Where's mine?"

"Sorry, didn't know how you liked it?"

"Black no sugars."

"Sure thing."

After making her a coffee, Spencer sat back down and watched Evelyn reach into the fridge and pull out two bowls of fruit salad. She put it in front of Spencer, who said "Well that was quick."

"Yeah pre-prepared."

"Fair enough. I respect the efficiency."

The two eat their meal before heading out the door, where Evelyn said "So, I've got a bit of time this afternoon."

"I'll be there."

"Good. See you then cute butt."

Evelyn squeezed on her ass as the two kissed. The two then went their separate ways, excited for their next meeting.
