Duke released Neo from the trance.

Neo blinked once. Twice. The she gripped her throat.

"Wait...I can talk!" she said.

She looked to Duke, grateful. "The hypnosis worked? I can--I can talk for the first time ever."

She looked down at her scroll. "No more wasting texts talking on that thing."

"So, what's the plan?" she asked Duke. "You wanna take over Beacon, right?"

"Kind of," said Duke. "More so I just want all the sexy women here."

"Well," Neo grinned. "I can help you with that."

"I have a bad feeling about this," Cinder grumbled.
