“It’s the men! If we want to make a lasting change, the men are the key!”

“But I thought the men were the problem.”

“Not those men,” Nicole said, once again in the board room with her team, “the REAL men! The ones who aren’t afraid to show their masculinity! If we want to make a real difference in Girl World, keep this perversion from taking hold, or worse, spreading back home, we need to recruit the men to our cause!”

“I don’t get it,” the youngest, Loraine stated, “What makes you think that will work? They’re interacting as it is and nothing is changing so far. In fact, from the days I’ve seen, the real men are encouraging and rewarding the perverts.”

“Exactly,” Nicole slapped the table, “That’s exactly what I’m talking about! For some reason the real men, the ones in skirts and dresses, seem to be lured in by the vile siren song of these deviants. They can’t resist them! All it does is encourage the others to keep up their behaviour, to wear pants, suits, and whatever else disgusting perverted things they find. We need to recruit the REAL men to stop rewarding it. If we are successful, we can even use them to encourage proper behaviour!”

“How so?” Loraine asked.

“I’ve seen so many real men on their knees, as they should be, being used in every way possible by these perverts. What if we got them to withhold their attention as a reward?”

“No blowjobs without panties?” One of the other women, Penny, proposed.

“An excellent start!” Nicole snapped her finger and pointed and the woman, “Think of how much impact we could make with more feet on the ground!”

Nicole sat back. Now the ladies at the table started brainstorming, really catching the idea. She knew that she was onto something, that Spirit would be impressed, and more importantly, that Girl World would be saved.

Something caught her eye, a movement in the corner of her vision, drawing her away from the conversation. Nicole turned to see what it was. A dot had formed on the whiteboard, not a dot made by a marker, but an impossibly black dot. It was so dark, it seemed to absorb all the light around it.

And it was growing.

“What’s that?” She quietly asked herself, standing up and walking toward the dot to investigate.

Approaching it, she realized that it wasn’t a trick of the light, nor was it an optical illusion. There was indeed a growing dot on the wall. No, dot wasn’t right. It was a hole. A deep, dark hole of nothingness. She could see no far end of the hole, just more hole.

Now the hole had grown at least six inches, and was growing more. Looking at it made her nervous. What was it? Why was it there? It was as if reality was being eaten away, erased, leaving nothing in it’s wake.

Again she noted it’s size. It had rapidly grown to the entire wall, and was now spreading on the floor. Nicole took a step away from it only to trip on her chair, falling onto the ground. In alarm, she noted that her feet had been swallowed by the hole. Now her legs. She wanted to scream, but no sound came. Instead she was falling into nothingness, her body erased, her reality vanished.

Nicole’s eyes shot open as she took the VR helmet from her sweat covered head. Her memories of the simulation were vague and fading, but one thing she was glad of, she knew she was happy to be home, where things would make sense.
