I woke up from my nap and saw that it was about mid afternoon as I sat up and stretched. I checked my phone and saw that Sam still hadn’t texted me, which had me concerned since she is usually really good at letting me know if things go late. I went to the cabinet and looked around to see if I misremembered where I had put it. After checking each shelf, I determined it was not there. A little doubt in mind had me thinking that maybe there was some magic left in that lamp. I was confused on why it would just disappear so I started to look around a bit. My investigation of the first floor left me with zero clues so I quickly made my way upstairs. I checked the guest room and bathroom to see nothing out of the ordinary.
