Whenever the user speaks asks another person to do something, the other person will be compelled to do so. This will manifest as sudden need to fulfill the user's request as soon as possible. The target will simply feel as if whatever the user's request was is their top priority which surpasses all other priorities. The request's interpretation, if there is room for interpretation will be up to the target. Any conflicting request will 'cancel out' and will not need to be carried out. However, multiple requests that can be undertaken without conflicting with one another, according to the target's interpretation, will be undertaken in the order they have been given. The user can specify in which order they wish their requests to be fulfilled or which request has the most priority.

This power has no limits to it range or number of targets. Anyone who can hear the target speak will be affected, including those who hear the request through a device. However, the target will only be compelled to fulfill the request for the user. That is to say, if a recording of the request, " give me 100 dollars" was heard by the target, they will give the user 100 dollars not whoever was playing the recording. In the case where the target doesn't know the user, sufficient information will be given to the target to allow them to complete the task. In the above case, the target will instinctively know who the user is and their general location such as the street they live in.

The power can also cause some physical alterations. The first is that upon hearing the user speak for the first time, the target is incapable of willingly harming the user in any way. The other physical alterations are dependent on what is said. For example, the request, "run to the grocery stall and buy me a drink" will grant the target slight increases to their strength and stamina to allow them to complete the task.
