Visiting Mira 2
Mira considered for a moment. "Timo… yes, John has mentioned him in passing once or twice when old school friends came up. I have never met him, though. But he knows nothing about all of this, I take it?"
"Of course not," Loona scoffed with amusement. "To Timo, John is still the respectable, slightly uptight childhood buddy dutifully grinding through medical school. But a few weeks ago, when John's conditioning was just getting under way, Timo came over to our flat. First, he fucked me in the living room—right on the sofa, while John knelt in his room, locked in his resin cage, forced to listen to every single sound through the door, only to crawl out afterward and lick his leavings from my cunt like a mute servant."
My breath caught instantly. Heat surged to my temples; my fingers dug into the carpet. The memory of that morning—how Timo's thrusts had carried through the door of the pre-war apartment, how I had whimpered outside, only to end up on the floor before Loona—tore open the deepest, darkest wound inside me all over again.
"Yet that was only the beginning," Loona continued without mercy, her eyes relishing my desperate trembling. "The following day, Nadja joined in. We took Timo out to the club, worked him up—and back at our flat that night, things truly took off. Nadja dragged Timo into his room and had him go at it with her right before John's eyes the entire night. And while the bed was slamming against the wall across the hall by the minute, I disciplined John with the crop, worked his backside over with the strap-on, and made him count each impact of the headboard aloud. Afterward, Nadja took over—he had to lick her while the taste of Timo still lingered on her, and then she took him on his own bed while I lay across the hall in Timo's bed, letting him have his way with me."
Mira's lips parted slightly. Her eyes went wide with incredulous fascination.
"The three of them slept together in Timo's bed," Loona pressed on, her voice ringing with absolute triumph. "And John? John lay on his stomach in the other room in lace stockings, the cage burning hot with impossible arousal, forbidden from stirring until morning. His oldest friend took what John was never allowed to touch. We broke him completely, Mira. We showed him that other men live in reality, while his place is down on the floor—as an onlooker, as a maid, as a cuckold."
Mira stared at my stepsister. A shudder seemed to pass through her—not of revulsion, but of pure, intoxicating thrill, mingled with that velvety, dark hunger she had displayed at the KitKatClub.
Slowly, her gaze lowered to me. Her boot left my thigh, slid deliberately between my parted legs, and pressed with firm, unyielding precision directly against the steel faceplate of the casing.
"Timo…," Mira whispered, an outrageously amused smile playing on her lips. "Your best friend from childhood. The guy who has no earthly idea that at night you lie on the floor in stay-up stockings, listening to your stepsister and another woman getting their pleasure from him."
She tightened the pressure by a fraction, driving the cold metal deep against my tender pubic bone. A strangled groan tore from my throat.
"You are a cuckold, John," she murmured, her eyes boring deep into mine. "A sweet, obedient little cuckold who has to watch real life pass him by while the women around him decide who gets what, and when."
She glanced over at Loona. A silent, total understanding flashed between the two women.
"That explains everything, Loona," Mira said softly, almost reverently. "That explains why he is allowed to go out with me tomorrow—and why it will tear him apart inside. He takes me out. He gets to play the gentleman, hold the door for me, and pay the bill. But every single second, he knows what a ridiculous, locked-away boy he is beneath that expensive shirt. And that I could call someone like his best friend at any given moment if I wanted genuine satisfaction."
"Precisely," Loona confirmed with satisfaction, raising her glass to clink softly against Mira's crystal. "He stays locked down. Tomorrow evening he belongs entirely to you, Mira. Walk him through the city on your invisible leash. And do not let him forget for a single second what a pathetic, sweet little creature he truly is."
The words of both women echoed through my mind like dull hammer blows.
The pressure of Mira's boot against the micro-casing burned with millimeter precision into my pubic bone. Yet what tore me apart inside was not the rigid surgical steel, but the raw, defenseless awareness of my own dispossession. For months, I had tried to banish the memories of those nights with Timo into the darkest corner of my mind—the sheer humiliation of my oldest friend unwittingly taking Loona and Nadja while I huddled on the cold floor tiles in lace stockings, my mouth filled with another man's fluids, powerless even to move. Back then, I had despised myself for my silence, for my wretched submissiveness.
And now Mira was sitting before me.
The woman I secretly craved. The woman whose razor-sharp mind and effortless beauty had captivated me from my very first day at the Charité. She knew now. Every filthy, humiliating detail. She knew that the diligent peer from the second row was no rival, no protector, not even a prospective lover in the conventional sense—but a trained, dispossessed cuckold.
A paralyzing wave of shame and self-disgust rose in my throat. I wanted to shut my eyes, wanted the floor of this pre-war flat to swallow me whole. Yet right beneath that shame smoldered that perverse, illicit arousal that had held me captive for weeks: knowing that there was nowhere left to hide from Mira. Knowing that she did not despise me, but drank in my complete exposure with the exact same hungry, dark delight as Loona. Knowing that she would take me out tomorrow evening—fully aware that beneath my pressed shirt, I was nothing more than her mute, locked servant. My flesh pulsed agonizingly against the unyielding metal walls of the casing, pleading for room that did not exist, transmuting every impulse into dull ache.
"He is overthinking again," Loona remarked smoothly, setting her glass on the side table. The soft click of the crystal snapped me from my thoughts. "His heart is pounding in his throat. He needs a distinct stimulus to bring him back to the here and now."
Mira offered a thin smile, slowly drew her boot back from my groin, and rose with fluid grace. The leather of her fitted trousers creaked softly with the movement.
"That can be arranged," she said evenly.
She walked over to an antique wooden credenza in the hallway area, opened a drawer, and returned carrying a small dish alongside that heavy leather flogger she had handled with such mastery at the KitKatClub. Inside the ceramic bowl rattled metal crocodile clamps, linked by delicate, gleaming chains.
"On your feet, John," Mira instructed with gentle, unyielding naturalness. "Hands behind your back. And hold still."
I stood. The cool air of the room settled over my bare skin. Loona drew her smartphone from her pocket, opened the camera, and pointed the display at me. The soft click of the shutter confirmed that she was recording.
Mira stepped up before me. With cool, precise fingers, she caught my left nipple. Rolling the tender tissue between her thumb and forefinger, she drew it out until a hoarse sound escaped me—and fastened the first metal clamp.
The steel teeth bit down with sharp, cutting cruelty.
A searing shock of pain lanced through my chest. My pelvis jerked forward on instinct, but Loona's gaze behind the screen kept me locked in place. Mira fastened the second clamp to the right side. The pain doubled, throbbing in lockstep with my racing pulse. The heavy linking chain pulled taut across my sternum, dragging at the tormented nerve endings with every breath.
"And just so you remember who commands this evening…," Mira whispered close to my ear.
Her fingers slid down across my lower abdomen, tracing toward the tender inner surfaces of my thighs, directly beside the base of my scrotum. Two more clamps sank their teeth into the soft skin. A strangled groan tore from my throat; tears welled in my eyes. Every single fiber of my body was strung with silent, burning tension. I was an exposed bundle of raw nerves, caught in a web of pain and total defenselessness, while Loona captured every reaction on video.
"Turn around," Mira said calmly. "Face to the wall. Spread your legs slightly. Hands stay behind your back."
I complied. The clamps dragged with the movement, and I felt the heat spread simultaneously across my face and between my thighs. Loona took a step to the side, keeping her phone trained on me, filming as Mira positioned herself behind my back.
Mira tested the balance of the flogger's handle in her palm. The falls brushed over her skin, creating a faint, threatening hiss in the quiet room.
"Ten strikes, John," Mira said in that calm, clinical voice, now saturated with pure authority. "For every time you thought you could hide something from me at the Charité. And for every single thought of Timo. Count aloud, clearly."
She drew back her arm.
The braided leather cut the air with a whistling hiss before crashing down across my buttocks with a dry, heavy crack.
The pain detonated like liquid fire. My entire frame arched violently, the clamps tearing at my chest and thighs, while Loona held the camera steady, documenting every tremor. The old, faded welts from the club seemed to burst into flame all at once.
"One… Mira!" I forced out through a strangled, unsteady voice, my forehead pressed hard against the wall.
*Crack!*
The second blow struck slightly lower, ripping across the backs of my thighs. The heat spread with numbing intensity.
"Two… Mira!"
Mira maintained the pace without quarter. Strikes three, four, five. The force of her blows was athletic, precise, anatomically calculated to produce maximum pain without causing permanent tissue damage. By strike seven, my composure broke entirely; I sobbed the number against the wall while the steel cylinder slammed painfully into my bruised pubic bone with every jerk, Loona capturing every spasm.
When the tenth strike came down over my glowing skin with a deafening crack, I cried my gratitude into the silence of the room: "Ten… thank you, Mira… thank you!"
My body trembled in the wake of the impacts. My skin burned like open flame, sweat ran down my temples, and the clamps dragged relentlessly at my flesh with every ragged breath. I remained facing the wall, hands locked behind my back, while Loona ended the recording and set her phone onto the credenza with a quiet, satisfied nod.
Mira stepped up behind me. Her hand settled over my seat, stroking slowly across the fresh welts, tracing the heated tracks the leather had left behind, before gliding up over the musculature of my back. The contact burned, yet her fingertips carried that familiar, meticulous precision that extinguished any hint of blind cruelty. She circled me slowly, stopping directly before me, and lifted my chin with two fingers.
Her dark eyes appraised me from over the rim of her glasses. In them lay that deep, mischievous spark that pulled the ground from beneath my feet every time—a blend of open fascination and genuine, almost tender affection.
"You did wonderfully, John," she murmured, leaning forward to press her lips to mine.
The kiss was soft, searching, and tasted of the whisky she had been sipping earlier. Her tongue slipped between my lips, slow and demanding, and I returned the kiss with trembling devotion, the clamps on my chest pulling sharply forward with the motion. When she drew back slowly, her thumb stroked my lower lip before she took the connecting chain between my nipple clamps between two fingers and lifted it slightly. The tension lanced like an electric shock straight through my sternum; my breath caught, yet I held my posture firm.
"His pulse is perfectly synchronized," Mira said, glancing with amusement at Loona as she carefully let the chain settle back down. "The beef curry in the oven has finished resting long ago. I prepped everything earlier before heading to university."
Loona offered a thin smile. "Then let us bring the evening to the table. He serves. The clamps remain on."
I set myself in motion slowly. Every step through the corridor was a tightrope walk: the sealed micro-casing compressed my flesh relentlessly against my pubic bone, while the backs of my thighs burned with every stride. In the kitchen, I opened the oven with careful movements, retrieved the heavy, steaming ceramic dish, and balanced it into the dining room.
The round wooden table had already been laid out flawlessly prior to our arrival: two place settings with fine linens, glassware, a carafe of water, and a bottle of dry red wine. No third chair.
Mira and Loona took their seats. The soft leather of Mira's boots creaked quietly as she sat and crossed her legs. Before I could set the dish on the trivet, Mira reached for a simple, shallow stainless-steel bowl resting on the sideboard and dished out a portion of rice, beef, and rich sauce.
She did not set the bowl down carelessly, but placed it onto the parquet with a calm, almost ritualistic gesture, barely two feet beside her boot.
"On your knees, John," Mira said softly. Her voice carried no harsh, commanding tone, but rather that warm, easy inflection from the Charité library that made the dynamic perilous in an entirely different way. She tilted her head slightly, offering an almost imperceptible wink. "Hands obediently behind your back. You know how vital protein is for muscle recovery. Take your time, but use only your mouth."
I sank to the floor before her. The cool wood absorbed the heat of my knees, while the clamps pulled taut as I leaned forward. Resting my hands across the small of my back, I eased myself forward until my face hovered over the steaming curry.
Above me, Loona uncorked the wine, poured two glasses, and clinked crystal softly with Mira.
"He functioned well throughout the week," Loona noted, bringing the glass to her lips. "Your influence appears to agree with him."
"He learns quickly," Mira replied with a smile. The gentle chime of her silverware against the porcelain sounded as if it belonged to another world entirely. "Particularly when given unambiguous boundaries. Tomorrow he gets to show how well-behaved he is when permitted to use a knife and fork."
I lowered my face, parted my lips, and took the first warm bite directly with my tongue. The sauce carried a rich heat of ginger and cardamom—a thoroughly familiar, lovingly prepared meal, served under conditions of absolute dispossession. The shame burned hot in my cheeks while the two women sat above me, eating and discussing tomorrow's case presentations. Yet that very contrast—Mira's proximity, the scent of her perfume, and the knowledge that she looked down upon me with genuine fondness despite all this degradation—sent a surge of dark, helpless arousal through my pelvis. My flesh strained in vain, only to crash instantly against the ice-cold, seamless wall of the surgical steel.
Mira glanced down at me for a brief second. The toe of her boot slid gently beneath my knee, lifting it by an inch, then smoothed soothingly along my thigh.
"Very good boy, John," she whispered softly down toward the edge of the table, wearing that outrageously sweet smile that cut straight to my marrow. "Finish it all up. We need you fit for our date tomorrow, after all."
Using a trembling tongue, I licked the dish clean down to the bare steel bottom. Every bite had ground me down inside: the raw mortification of being fed like an animal at the feet of the two most important women in my life, paired with the warm, reassuring sensation of Mira's boot resting against my knee, keeping me anchored.
Once the metal of the bowl was dry, I remained motionless with my head bowed. My breath came shallow, my neck ached, and the clamps on my chest pulled downward without quarter each time my ribcage expanded.
Above me, Loona laid her silverware across the plate. The faint chime of porcelain signaled the conclusion of the meal.
"Clear the table, John," Loona said evenly. "And then clean it down."
Pushing up onto unsteady knees, I gathered the bowl and set about silently clearing the dining room. Stripped bare, the cool surgical steel clamped hard against my pubic bone, I carried the dishware into the kitchen, washed the plates, and buffed the polished grain of the table to a spotless shine. Behind me, the two women had moved into the living room. Low, relaxed fragments of conversation drifted from the space, punctuated by the dull creak of the sofa frame and occasional, familiar laughter.
When I had finished, I padded barefoot to the archway of the living room, casting my eyes down toward my feet.
"Finished, Loona… Mira," I reported softly.
Mira sat in one of the velvet armchairs with her legs tucked beneath her, wine glass resting casually in her hand. She had taken off her rimless glasses and regarded me with soft, faintly luminous eyes. Loona stood by the window, arms folded over her chest. She turned and walked slowly toward me.
Her fingers reached for my chest, taking hold of the two metal clamps, releasing the spring tension in two swift, practiced motions.
A dull, sharp sting flared up as the blood rushed back into the pinched tissue. I let out a low gasp, bit my lip, and forced myself to remain motionless. Loona tossed the clamps onto the side table, where they landed with a crisp clatter.
"The welts will have settled by tomorrow evening," Loona observed clinically, her eyes sweeping over my seat and back. "He is ready for duty."
She took a step back and looked over at Mira.
"Tomorrow he belongs entirely to you," Loona said with a subtle, calculating smile. "Pick him up in Steglitz at seven. I will ensure he is dressed appropriately. Dark suit, white shirt, no tie—so the collar remains hidden from view, while he feels it with every breath."
Mira's lips curved into that mischievous, radiant smile that had undone my composure in the lecture hall. Setting her glass down, she stood and stepped directly before me. The subtle creak of her boots kept time like a familiar heartbeat.
She placed both hands upon my bare shoulders. Her touch was warm, impossibly gentle, almost soothing after the hours of blows and confinement. Her fingertips glided over my collarbone, found the slender band at my throat, and traced the outline of the small padlock.
"Seven o'clock, John," she whispered softly, her eyes locking deep and unfiltered onto mine. "I booked a table at *Borchardt*. We will eat well, drink wine, and discuss whatever pleases us. You will hold the door for me, help me with my coat, and look me in the eye."
Leaning forward, she brushed a fleeting kiss against my cheek, her right hand sliding slowly down my chest. Her fingertips traveled across the marked skin of my pelvis, traced the fine lines of the nabla symbol, and closed around the micro-casing.
The cold steel warmed beneath her palm in an instant. She gave it a gentle tug—not cruel, but carried by that playful, absolute authority that stole the breath from my lungs.
"Never forget for a single second who is inside that fine shirt, though," she murmured against my ear, her lips grazing my skin. "The key stays with Loona. Tomorrow you are my gentleman, John. But you are sealed. And with every sip of wine, with every smile you offer me, you will feel that you are completely at my mercy."
A shiver of pure surrender and shimmering anticipation raced down my spine. My body strained helplessly against the walls of the cylinder, yet the surgical steel drew its unyielding boundary against the desire, as it always did.
"I will be ready on time, Mira," I breathed, my voice thick.
"I certainly expect so," she replied with a smile, stepping back, sweeping a dark curl from her forehead. Then she turned to Loona. "Take him home. He needs his rest if he intends to impress me tomorrow."
Loona gave a curt nod, reached for her bag, and gestured with her chin toward the hallway.
"Get dressed, John. We are leaving."
