Pulling up to the house you can't help but smile that you might be owning this home. The paved driveway is smooth and beautiful, the lawn looks well cared for, and you can't help but be impressed with the architecture of the building itself.

The main bedroom had gigantic windows with electric shades to block off any light from getting in, but with the view out of the room over the valley below you weren't sure you'd ever want to close the shades. She moved over to a bookcase on the wall and grinned at you. Sliding a book to the side she showed you a keypad. Punching in some numbers the entire bookcase opened up into a steel room.

The en suite for the main bedroom had a large jetted tub, a big walk in shower, and dual sinks for a couple to use. The walk in closet was as big as your apartments main bedroom. "What is this room for" you asked Marie.

"One of the previous owners was an online influencer of some sort. I think they reviewed games on YouTube maybe, but they had this room set up to do all their videos. The paneling is sound dampening so that the microphones wouldn't pick up any echoes, and the extra outlets were for all their equipment" she answers.

"That's interesting considering how large this room is. It could almost be another main bedroom. Don't think I'll be going into a career on YouTube" you chuckle.

"That's too bad" Marie smirks at you "I actually have a college degree related to filming and video editing. You could have hired me to do your filming and editing, and then we could see each other all the time" she says teasingly.

"Well maybe I can figure something out to make that happen" you reply and the two of you laugh for a moment before moving on. She shows you a few empty rooms that could either end up as a bedroom or office space. Perhaps the coolest room she shows you is a home theater room. There is a big screen on one wall, speakers everywhere, and nice lounge chairs to sit on. You'd never even been to a house that had one, and now here you were possibly about to buy one.
