Versus the Sultan

Captain America was given a dossier on The Sultan. A notorious terrorist who has been know for crafting mass chaos. A small village was completely barren within an hour. No explosives, no SOS, no hint as to what caused it.

Steve had been given the task of tracking the Sultan, who was rumored to be in the US. There were hints he was planning something big in a nearby city. Additionally one of his underlings was spotted at a nearby five star hotel.
