Vanessa

While Lauren was absentmindedly playing in her bubble bath, she had failed to hear her front door open and close. Lauren giggled happily as she squeaked her rubber toy repeatedly, completely unaware of her surroundings.

The little woman splashed about in the sink as she gave the rubber duck a kiss on the beak. “Oh, Mr. Ducky,” she laughed lightheartedly, “you are quite the gentleman.” Lauren sat the duck into the water as she splashed a small wave towards the toy, yelling out, “Look out for the tidal wave!”

“Hey now. That was a mean thing to do to Mr. Ducky!” a voice chuckled mockingly.

Lauren’s eyes went wide as she turned her head to see her younger sister Vanessa standing in the doorway of the kitchen…with her phone aimed right at her, no doubt recording the little woman. Lauren shrieked as she covered her flat chest with her hands, splashing about as she turned neon red.

“Careful, Lauren,” Vanessa giggled, “you don’t want to get the floor wet…”

“Vanessa! What are you doing here?!” Lauren shrieked, lowering herself in the water in an effort to avoid being filmed…for whatever good it did now.

“I was just stopping by to drop off that movie you let me borrow.” Vanessa explained, mockingly giggling at her older sister’s predicament. “So, imagine my surprise when I see my twenty-two-year-old sister taking a bath in the sink and playing with a rubber ducky like a little baby!”

“Just get out and stop filming me!” Lauren demanded; her face so red she looked like she would explode.

“Why are you even taking a bath in the sink anyway?” Vanessa asked.

“I didn’t have any hot water upstairs,” Lauren snapped, “now please, GET OUT! And stop filming me!”

“Hmm…” Vanessa said as she tapped her chin, still recording the little woman. “No, I don’t think I will. I think that I’ll upload this little video to the entire web. Probably make you the next biggest internet sensation!”

All the anger in Lauren melted away before turning into terror, every last ounce of color draining from her face as she stared at her sister. The little woman sat up straight as she looked pleadingly towards her sister. “You wouldn’t…” she whispered in fear.

“Would I?” Vanessa challenged, raising her other hand as she slowly brought her index finger close to the phone.

“No please!” Lauren begged, splashing around again, “I’m begging you! Don’t show anyone this video! I’ll do anything! You hear me?! ANYTHING!”

“Anything, huh…?” Vanessa asked, raising an eyebrow in interest.
