Valerie asks Iris if she can stay over

Iris ran over to Valerie, who was surrounded by people congratulating her. She broke through the crowd, taking Valerie by surprise and hugging her.

"I was so worried.", Iris said. "Thank god you made it out safe."

"I'm thankful too.", smiled Valerie. She paused for a second, thinking, before continuing. "Um, there's been a gas leak in the equipment building, and I can't get any of my stuff. Do you mind if I stay at your place for the weekend?"

"Of course!", replied Iris, almost squealing in delight. "It's been sooo long since we've done one of our girls' nights! It's going to be so much fun!"

"Thanks.", replied Valerie gratefully. Both of them stayed for a while, finishing their conversations with the gathered staff. Since it was already quite late in the day, eventually everyone dispersed, heading home for the weekend.

The almost-naked duo of Iris and Valerie made their way by foot to Iris's place. Since Iris couldn't really live in the city with her current vestiphobia without causing major trouble, she had opted to live in an apartment located inside the organization campus in the staff quarter. Valerie hoped the gas leak would be cleared during the weekend, after which she could retrieve her clothes and things before heading out to the next mission.

The evening was a little chilly, so both of them hurried to their destination, their uncovered bodies shivering in the breeze. After a tense few minutes of running, both of them arrived at Iris's apartment and let themselves in.
