VICTORY!

Feeling annoyed now, I flare up in a blaze of energy. "That's it!" I say, trying to sound tough. "No stupid robot whatevers are going to punk me on my big day!" I fire out a blast, skimming across the ground, slicing and exploding several of the robotic tentacles. My **** field bounces another few shots from their cannons and I lift into the air.

A few moments of blasting and some quick maneuvers put the defenses into a shambles. I touch down, hands on my hips and face the crowd. "Yeah!" I say with a broad grin, "That's courtesy of the newest superheroine on the block, STARLET!"

I lose myself in posing for the crowd so much that I don't notice the slightly heavy tread behind me. As I raise my arms in victory, I find my wrists grabbed with surprising firmness. I start to squirm but before I can take off again, my arms are wrenched behind my back.

"Verily," comes a powerful voice, "Thine actions are those of an enemy, but thy boastful manner speaks of a fool. Which art thou?"

"Th-Thor?!" I stutter, my heart suddenly beating quickly.

"Ever do the ladies insult the Lion of Olympus, despite my o'erwhelming manliness."

"Hercules?" I say, sighing inwardly. The rumors were that Hercules was more of a boasting blowhard. I was looking forward to maybe flirting with the blonde hunky Thor rather than listening to oily Greek innuendos.

"Aye, and now that mine introductions are made, mayhap we should continue this discussion inside." Without warning, he pulls me against him, and I feel the heat and hair of his chiseled chest through the skintight costume I'm wearing. He changes his grip, wrapping an arm under my breasts and squeezes one!

I yelp from the firm grip, and the surprise is all he needs to lift my feet off the ground and spin me around toward the mansion. As he carries me inside, I find myself not too down on my first meeting as my hands' limited range explores the chisled edges of his muscles. "Maybe this won't be so bad," I think to myself.
