As the only student allowed to use the PA system, Utano feels a special responsibility to keep the student body up-to-date with the latest news. But the rules on what she is allowed to say are so freaking strict!

• No spreading rumours.
• No shaming anyone, especially the boys.
• No encouraging rule breaking.

The list goes on and on.

But today she's had enough. She doesn't care if it's her last day behind the microphone, the people need to know.

"Everybody listen up, this is important!" She says into the microphone. "The academy doesn't want you to hear this, but I won't be silenced!"

She takes a deep breath, and then goes for it.

"Itachi from Class 1-B was caught peeping on the girls changing for swimming class. With assistance from his two cronies, Masashi and Habiki, he snuck into a locker and saw everyone naked, including me!"

"Now I know that the rules state that phones are banned on company grounds, but I can't be the only one who often sneaks one in anyway, can I? Now imagine if that bastard had taken pictures and was about to send them around! I know! Unforgivable!"

"Now Miss Rai came in and exposed him, like a freaking hero, and in a passionate attempt to prevent any photos from being uploaded, starting beating on him with a bat in any place where he might be concealing a phone. Sure, he got a bit of bruising, but considering what he was doing, he should just call himself lucky that she spared his testicles. He was cleared by his doctor to return to classes after just one week. It's a bloody shame that he wasn't put out of action for months, if you ask me!"

"Now this question goes out to the Headmistress: This is a public challenge from your student body to the senior management! Where is Miss Rai?! We want her back! Did you fire her? Why isn't she responding to anyone's calls or messages?! What have you done with her?! Is it true that the board all have ties to the mob? Did you disappear her and Miss Hiroko too? We demand answers! Everyone, let's not let the administration rest until they've answered our questions and brought Miss Rai and Miss Hiroko back! Utano OUT!"
