Use the wire to get the bottle.

I was curious so I decided to I'd get the bottle. I wasn't sure what was in the water so I thought it would be safer to use the tools in my belt to get it. Standing on the bridge, I took the spool of wire out of my belt and looped it into a slipknot. Then lowered it into the water. After a few tries, I able to get it looped around the bottle. I was then able to pull it back up to me.

Once I had it in hand, I took a closer look at the bottle. It was glass but it wasn't clear. Let's see what was inside. I pulled the cork out to discover that it was empty. Well that was pointless but who knows, maybe a bottle will be useful. I put the cork back in and then using some wire, I attached the bottle to my belt. With it in place, I decided to move forward.
