Use it on Linda

It's still pretty early, but you know the first thing Linda wants when she wakes up is to drink a glass of water.

You enter the bedroom. The first sun rays dimly shine through the curtains, but Linda is still asleep. She's not a light sleeper usually but opens her eyes as you approach the bed.

Linda sits up and frowns.

Without saying anything, you hold out your hand with the glass of special water. She looks at you grumpily while you try to look apologetic.

Linda takes the glass from your hand and empties it. She puts the empty glass on her nightstand, sits up, and looks back at you.

Linda: "Did you want to say anything?"

You: "Well, uhm, yes. I wanted to talk about last night."

Linda: "I'm listening..."

You: "I just wanted to tell you that I shouldn't have shouted, but I hope you can see where I'm coming from."

Linda (scoffs): "Is this your idea of an apololly? Alololy. Aleh...?"

Linda's face is blank and pale. Her mouth hangs slightly open, and her eyes dimly gaze in your direction.

The serum is in full effect now. You press a button on your watch to start the timer you prepared, and sit down next to Linda. You look into her empty face and smile. Finally, you are able to make everything right.

You: "Can you hear me, Linda?"

Linda (softly): "Yes..."

You: "Listen very carefully now, Linda. Just listen to my voice and obey."

Linda: "Listen and obey..."

You lick your lips and take a deep breath.
