You decide to strike first, using your athleticism to hit her before she can react. You lunge forward.

In the split second it takes her to register your movement, you’ve already closed the gap. Your first strike—a sharp jab—snaps out and cracks against her cheek before her hands can fully react. The impact snaps her head back.

She tries to counter with a looping hook, but you’re already moving again. Superior speed lets you slip inside her punch effortlessly. Your second strike, a heavy cross, drives straight into her midsection, sinking deep into her toned abs with a solid thud. Kira lets out a sharp grunt, the air **** from her lungs as she stumbles back a step.

You don’t let her recover. You press the advantage, staying on her. A quick low kick sweeps at her lead leg, buckling it just enough to disrupt her stance. Before she can reset, you fire a left hook to the body, then follow it with an overhand right that glances off the top of her guard and still clips her temple.

Kira’s eyes widen in surprise. She’s tough and clearly wasn’t expecting this level of speed from someone your size. She tries to clinch up to slow you down, shooting in for a double-leg attempt, but you’re a step ahead. You sprawl hard, driving your hips down while slamming a knee into her side as she crashes forward.

The crowd roars as you circle away, leaving Kira on one knee for a moment, breathing harder and touching her ribs where your strikes landed. She glares up at you, respect mixing with frustration in her expression. She’s far from finished, but you’ve already seized the initiative and made her feel the difference in speed and timing.

She pushes back to her feet, resetting her guard, more cautious now. The fight is still young, but the first exchange has gone entirely your way.
