Use Rias to cheat a little!

"...yeah, no, not biking to the client," Issei said thoughtfully. "I think... Yeah, I think I got a wish to solve this, just need to boost my personal magical ability a little, right?"

"Seriously? Wishing for power instead of working for it?" Koneko gave him an unimpressed stare. Issei turned a stare right back to her.

"I have no issues working for my power, earning it," he told her flatly. "But I am also not above using a little magic to get the ball rolling a little. It's not like I'm wishing to become a Devil so powerful I'll make girls weak in the knees. I'm just going to ask for enough power to be able to use the circle, that's it. I'll train from there."

She huffed, and crossed her arms, still not impressed. "Lay off of him, Koneko," Kiba replied. "It's not like we trained for the basic abilities of our Peerage pieces, those were given by Rias."

Koneko sputtered. "That's different!" she protested.

"...how?" Akeno asked, raising an eyebrow. "Because you just seem to be looking for reasons to dislike Issei."

Koneko grumbled and turned away. Rias then giggled as she looked at Issei. "So... how do you intend to make the wish? Remember, it has to have a link to sex to work..."

Issei smiled. "I wish for just enough power to use the teleport feature of the circle, so I can have more time available to spend with my lovely Sex Genie, and pursue the harem," he told her.

"That works~!" she grinned, snapping her fingers, and Issei felt a slight burst of power run through his body. "Done! Now, get going!"

"You got it, now let's try this again!" Issei nodded, standing in the circle, and attempting to use it again. It lit up once more, and he was enveloped in light, before feeling the rush of his spatial position instantly changing, and knew it worked this time.
